What does your typical design & development process look like
Our typical process involves a discovery call/chat, resource gathering, wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, and website build & launch.
Where are you based?
We’re currently in New Zealand but we work with clients around the world. We’ve been doing this since 2014.
How many rounds of revisions do you allow each stage?
All our quotes typically include two rounds of revisions: two for wireframes, two for design mockups, and two for web build. These are ample to ensure satisfactory results and accelerate your launch. If you require additional revisions, we can discuss them as well.
How do you handle payments?
We utilize a secure payment processor enabling you to send funds in your local currency to a US bank account—fast and with minimal fees!
I want extra protection on the payments
No need to worry. We'll invite you to a secure escrow platform where your funds will be protected and won't be released to us until the work is completed.
What about contract and invoicing?
We'll handle everything for you. Setting up contracts and invoices is just a few clicks away, and we'll guide you every step of the way.
Do you do SEO?
We can configure basic SEO settings for your site upon request. For more comprehensive SEO work, we recommend consulting an SEO expert.
Do you prefer to do hourly or fixed-price?
We prefer fixed-price contracts as they enable us to unleash our creativity and guarantee no surprises in billing. However, there are occasions where hourly rates suit us best, such as ongoing work, for example.
